Technical Skills

1. Should have good knowledge in Core Java, JSP Servlet, JDBC (key requirement),JUnit, XML
2. Database Query and store procedures
3. Working exposure to Struts, Spring, Hibernate would be an added advantage
4. Web Services (nice to have)

General Skills

1. Excellent communication both in written and Verbal
2. Analytical and documentation skills using Modeling tools
3. Has knowledge in structured working and following full SDLC processes
4. Positive attitude
