United Bank of India invites applications for 44 Specialist Officers (SO) posts from those that have qualified IBPS Common Specialist Officers Exam Mar 2012.

Eligibility Criteria

• Only those Candidates Qualified in IBPS Specialist Officers CWE Mar 2012 are eligible to apply for it.
•  JMG Scale - I (Age Limit - 20 - 35 Years as on Dec 1, 2011)
  • Agricultural Field Officers -
    • Degree in Agriculture or Allied specializations such asHorticulture/
      Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/Dairy Science/Agri.
      Engineering /Fishery Science/ Pisciculture /Agri Marketing &
      Cooperation etc. from a recognized University.
    • Required IBPS Score Info -
      Unreserved Category - 112, SC/ST/PWD/OBC - 104,
      Individual Test Cut-offs is 24 for Unreserved and 21 Marks for SC/ST/PWD/OBC.
  • Technical Officers (Civil and Mechanical) -
    • Degree in Corresponding Discipline (Civil / Mechanical) from a recognized University.
    • Required IBPS Score Info -
      Unreserved Category - 120, SC/ST/PWD/OBC - 113,
      Individual Test Cut-offs is 24 for Unreserved and 21 Marks for SC/ST/PWD/OBC.

• Age Limit Relaxation -
  • SC/ST - 5 Years
  • OBC - 3 Years
  • PWD - 10 Years
  • EXSM - 5 Years

Selection Procedure

• United Bank of India will Interview certain number of candidatesdepending on vacancies.
• As before, Final Selection will be made on the basis of overall performance (IBPS SO CWE and Interview).
• Interview will have total 100 Marks, at least 40 Marks are required for General and 35 are needed for reserved category people for qualifying in the Interview.
• Finally selected candidates will have to sign a service bond of Three years of sum of Rs. One Lakh (Scale -I)

Application Procedure

• The fee for application is Rs. 20 for SC/ST/PWD and Rs.100 for Others.
• Payment can be made in cash at any United Bank of India branch byThis Payment Challan or through NEFT at any branch of any other nationalized bank.
• Now Apply online with all required details filled properly. Keep your payment challan safe for use during GD/Interview (if called for).
