1. First Dial 12140 From Your Mobile.
2. Wait Till The Call Is Connected.
3. After Connecting The Computer Voice Tell You To Select The Language Eg: English, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi
4. Now It Ask For Your Mobile Number Don’t Enter Your Number. Enter Your Friends Number (98xxxxxxxx) To Know Her Balance.
5. After Entering It Tells Your Number For Verification Then Click 1 To Confirm.
6. Now It Ask The Password Type 1234  
7. Now It Tell Some Option In That Select "To Know Your Balance Option"
8. Now It Tells The Balance.
